John Kevin Richardson, age 59, of Sikeston, MO died April 15, 2023 at Colonial Manor in Sikeston, Missouri.

He was born February 15, 1964 in Sikeston, MO, to Jack Bernard Richardson and Thelma Faye Thompson.

He leaves behind a special friend from Arkansas, Richard Hovis.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, grandparents John Henry and Stella Ethel Salyers Thompson and two brothers: Gary "Stomper" Mize Sr. and Jerry Allen Richardson.

Kevin was a good Christian man and loyal friend.  He was a member of Murray Lane Baptist Church for many years.  He most recently attended Canalou Baptist Church.

While attending Sikeston High School, Kevin was the football manager.  He also attended the Sikeston Community Sheltered Workshop for many years.  He loved to fish and was a gun and knife enthusiast.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until time for the memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.
