Larry L Richards, age 84, of Benton Missouri, died Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Tennova Health Care Center in Clarksville, Tennessee surrounded by his daughter and son.

He is survived by his two children, Cynthia Phyllis Richards, Larry Bryan Richards and adopted son, Paul W. Massa, all of Clarksville, Tennessee.  He is also survived by his brother, RL and his wife, Jeno Richards and his sister. Barbara and the late Jay Box, all of Sikeston, MO.  Larry had four  nephews: David and wife, Angela Richards of Popular Bluff, Missouri, Michael and wife, Sarah Richards of Essex, Missouri, Rick and wife, LeeAnn Box of Milton, Florida and Randy and wife, Jeanie Box of Sikeston, Missouri.  Grand Fur Babies, Jake, Roscoe and Stella of Clarksville, Tennessee.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Elizabeth Ann Haynes.

Larry was born in Sikeston, Missouri to Edith Mae Hall and Roy William Richards on August 5, 1938. He was raised by his parents and Grandparents, Liliah Irene Hall and Eugene Breckenridge Hall on the family farm.  Larry was a Farmer and Truck driver his entire life. He continued to work for his nephew, David's Trucking Company, Semo Express of Sikeston Missouri until recently.

Larry enjoyed watching NASCAR, old westerns (that he said he had seen 3-4 times), pawn shop shows and Alaska: The Last Frontier.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Private burial will be at a later date at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
