LAVANNA JEAN JONES GASKINS, Age 66, died Friday, September 28, 2012 at her home in Charleston.
Born December 17, 1945, at Hayti, MO to the late Albert Lewis and Laura Sparks Jones, she had lived in Charleston a number of years and was attended the First Assembly of God Church in Charleston.
She was married to John Gaskins who preceded her in death.
Surviving are: Two Sons, James Bruenderman of Farmington, MO and Elvis Gaskins of Charleston; one brother, Bob Prosise, Kankakee, IL; two sisters, Lisa Hall of Benton, MO and Bea Blasingain of Scott City, MO; Also four grandchildren.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, David Gaskins; two brothers, Albert Lee Jones and Bruce Jones and one sister, Elizabeth Butler.
Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 29, 2012, at the First Assembly of God Church in Charleston with the pastor, Rev. Gerald Penn, officiating.
McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
