East Prairie
Lois Ann Reed, age 45, died Thursday, January 27, 2022, at her home in East Prairie.
She was born May 12, 1976, at Hayti, MO, to Howard Emmett Reed and Salley Stone Reed of Van Buren. She had lived in Carter County most of her life, having lived in East Prairie a number of years.
Surviving in addition to her parents, is her son, Matthew Wayne Lorenz of East Prairie and her sister, Angela Risk of East Prairie.
She was preceded in death by her son, Shawn Michael "Mikey" Lorenz, February 17, 2005.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
Lois will be laid to rest near her son Mikey at the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston at a later date.
McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
