LUCY M. HODGES LEDBETTER, Age 63, died Monday, May 27, 2013 at her home in Sikeston.

Born October 20, 1949, at Cairo, IL to the late John W. "Jake" and Anna Sue Davis Hodges, she had lived in Sikeston most of her life where she was employed as a Radiologist Receptionist at the Missouri Delta Medical Center for years. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Sikeston where she was active in the choir and sang in a womens quartet a number of years.

On October 10, 1970, she married Paul Edward Ledbetter, who survives of Sikeston.

Also surviving are: one son and daughter in law, Chad and Natalie Ledbetter of Sikeston; one daughter, Laurie Ledbetter Wright of Dexter; two sisters, Janie Pemberton of Charleston and Linda Rockett of League City, TX; three grandchildren, Christian Ledbetter, Ashlynn Ledbetter and Peyton Wright; nieces and nephews, Lisa Hodges Russell, Steven Hodges, Julie Pemberton Burke, Leslie Pemberton Perrin, Toni Pemberton Graham, Tim Rockett, Toby Ledbetter, Denny Ledbetter, Brad Ledbetter, Amy Ledbetter Young, Joey Ledbetter, Todd Ledbetter, David Jones and Timra Jones Haynes.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, John W. Hodges, II and one niece, Stephanie Rockett.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Rev. Joe McCullough, pastor of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Sikeston, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be: Christian Ledbetter, Toby Ledbetter, Clinton Graham, Taylor Burke, Dawson Snider and Brad Ledbetter.
