Madeline Brooke Passley, age 25, a resident of Benton, died Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Madeline was born April 22, 1997, in Cape Girardeau, MO, to Sammy Lee Passley and Stacy Lynn Powell Passley and had lived in Sikeston most of her life.  Madeline was a fighter from birth.  Diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type II, she did not let illness define her life. She was a high school graduate and was proud to represent the Kenny Rogers Center as one of their poster children.   She was an inspiration to all her who knew her.

Surviving is her son, Kingston Reign Green; her father, Sammy; her mother, Stacy; her siblings, Braxton Mackenzie Passley and Natalee Grace Passley; her paternal grandmother, Nola Faye McMillen Passley; her uncles and aunts, Willis Passley, Jr., Christopher Powell, Aaron Powell, Kelly Passley- Mabry and Terri Passley; also, several cousins and other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Willis M. Passley, Sr. and her maternal grandparents, Dennis Ray Powell and Cathy Ann Marshall Powell.

A private family celebration of life will be held.
