Marilyn Sue Combs, age 76, died Saturday, January 23, 2021, at her home in Sikeston.

Born August 28, 1944 in Lamar, Missouri, to the late Mack C. Whitchurch and Florence Leah Hartley Whitchurch. She was a loving mother and housewife who enjoyed sewing and doing crafts. Marilyn loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She married to Jimmie Dale Combs, April 17, 1962, who preceded her in death on March 14, 2019.

Surviving are her four daughters, Roxanna (Kevin) Burns, Nyna Combs, Melissa Walters, and Stephanie (Roy) Colwick all of Sikeston, MO; grandchildren, Jamie (Denise) Woodard, Tyler (Libby) Combs, Reid (Ashley) Walters, Ross Walters, Ainsley Colwick and Kensi Colwick; and great grandchildren, Lincoln Woodard and Quincey Woodard. Also, surviving are her two sisters, Deloris Waid of Peoria, AZ; and Sandra Schilling of Sun City, CA.

Memorial services will be held in Lamar, MO at a later date.

McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
