Marilyn M. Williams

Marilyn Marcell Wicker Williams, age 77, a resident of Bertrand, died Sunday, December 4, 2022, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born March 9, 1945, in Mississippi County, MO, to the late LaFayette Wicker and Levgia Mae Reynolds Wicker.  She had lived in Bertrand most of her life and had been employed as a private home duty nurse.

Surviving are her sons, David A. Williams of Bertrand and James E. (Becky) Williams of Paducah, KY; her grandsons James David Williams and Ryan Andrew Williams; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn Williams and her brothers, Doyle Wicker and Paul David Wicker.

Graveside services were held at the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
