LARRY MARTIN "MARTY" HEDGE, Age 50, a resident of Charleston, died Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the home of his sister in Charleston.

Born June 4, 1962, at Wyatt, MO, to Bertha Vinson Hedge, who survives of Charleston and the late Melvin Curtis Hedge, he had lived in Mississippi County most of his life and had been employed as a mechanic for Emmett Groves.

Surviving besides his mother is: are his children, Kara Hedge, Kasey Hedge and Keith Hedge all of St. Clair, MO; Bridgette Martinez of Sikeston; Richard Bone of Murphysboro, IL; Curtis Hedge and Heaven Taylor of Wyatt, MO and Jerrica Taylor of East Prairie, MO; one brother, David Hedge of Marion, IL; four sisters, Sheila Vinson, Rhonda Passley, Kimberly Riley and Katina Housman all of Charleston; 23 grandchildren.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Karen Regina Hedge and one granddaughter, Harley Lyn Hedge.

There is no visitation.

Friends may assemble at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston for graveside services. Winston Williford, will officiate.

Interment will be at the Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Darrell Riley, Marcus Teague, AJ Groves, Christopher Vinson, Joel Foster and Brandon Groves.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Heath, Clay and Leroy.
