MARY SUE STALLINGS DRUMMOND, Age 72, a resident of Barlow, KY, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at her home in Barlow.
Born March 9, 1940, in Mississippi County, MO to the late Marshall and Nellie Feezor Stallings, she taught school in Mississippi County for two years. Having lived in Barlow, Kentucky a number of years, she started the first pre-school in Ballard County.
On August 6, 1960, she married Larry Drummond, who survives of the home.
Also surviving are: two sons, Chris Drummond of Barlow, KY and Scott Drummond of Mobile, AL; one daughter, Kelley Henderson of Paducah, KY; two brothers, Martin Stallings and Floyd Stallings of Charleston, MO; three sisters, Shirley Anderson of Charleston, MO; Carol Knudson and Evelyn Pruitt of Paducah, KY; 7 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Stallings Moore, and one brother.
Graveside services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 1, 2012 at the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston. Todd Myers, will officiate.
Interment will follow under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
