Mary Lois Lambert, 89, a long-time resident of Sikeston, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Missouri Delta Medical Center. She was born May 5, 1929 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee to the late Grover and Julia Ann (Robinson) Hadder. A member of the Church of Christ, she had operated an In-Home Daycare for many years. On July 2, 1948 she was married to Hoyt Lambert and he preceded her in death June 11, 1963. She is survived by 3 sons: Hoyt Michael (Beverly) Lambert of Highland, IL; Warren (Andrea) Lambert of Collinsville, IL and Timothy Lambert of Scott City; 1 daughter Susan (Ricky) Tidwell of Sikeston; 8 grandchildren: Hoyt M. Lambert, III, Andrea Lambert, Matthew Lambert, Laura Tobin, Warren Lambert, Jr., Krystal Rossetto, Robby Hamby and Ricci Tidwell. Also surviving are 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Visitation will be Saturday, March 30 from 11:00 am until time for services at 1:00 pm at Blanchard Funeral Chapel. Her nephew, Rev. Wayne Painter from Alexandria, Louisiana will officiate and burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Warren Lambert, Chris Rossetto, Robby Hamby, Jeff Tobin, Matthew Lambert, Brandon Bean and Jake Hughes. Online condolences may be shared with the family at blanchardfuneral.com.
