Mary Margarette (Harlan) Willard, 86, of Sikeston, died June 24, 2014. She was born, Oct. 29, 1927 in Johnston City, Illinois to the late John Clayborn and Gertrude (Nelson) Harlan. She was a woman of perseverance, faith, endurance and an entrepreneurial spirit. She loved her family and friends and was generous with all she had. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse A. Willard, her parents and her sister, Thelma Harlan Hendricks, Mrs. W.M.. She is survived by her son, John Joseph Willard of Sikeston; dear friends, Jim & Bonnie Stephens and Kim Byrd & Don; three nephews, six nieces and numerous great nieces and nephews.
