MICHAEL EVERETTE CAIN, Age 60, a resident of Morehouse, died Tuesday, July 05, 2011 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born February 23, 1951, at Anniston, MO to Allene Waldron McCutchen, he was a 1969 graduate of Charleston High School and was of the Nazarene Belief. He had been employed as a printer and a carpenter. He came into this world with love and passed away in love.
Surviving besides his mother are: three sons, Marcus Cain of California, Brandon Cain and Nicholas Cain both of Morehouse; one daughter, Sissy Cain of Huntsville, AL; two sisters and one brother in law, Geraldine and Ray Mansfield of Sikeston and Jeannie Cain of Charleston; one grandson and also one special nephew, Todd Cain. Also a host of special friends including Louis Griffin.
He was preceded in death by one sister Claudine Harwell.
Visitation will be from noon until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m, Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Rev. Gerald Penn, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church in Charleston, will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
