Michael Wayne Lacy,  62,  a resident of this area most of his life, died Sunday September 1, 2019 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.  He was born January 22, 1957 in Sikeston to the late Odell and Mary (Ray) Lacy.

He had been a sheet metal worker for Stoner Contracting  /  Pyramid Roofing; he loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family, especially with Chase.

On February 13, 1976 he was united in marriage to Barbara Jackson in Sikeston and she survives of the home.  Also surviving are 1 daughter and son-in-law, Belinda Suzanne & Sean Henson of Morehouse; 1 sister and brother-in-law, Patti and Mike Tackett of Salcedo; and his grandson and best friend, Chase Henson.  He was also very fond of numerous surviving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019 at Blanchard Funeral Chapel from 5:00 pm until time for Memorial Service at 7:00 pm. with Rev. Randy Conn officiating.
