Michael Dean Woods, age 51, of Bertrand formerly of Anniston, died Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis.

Born December 18, 1972, at Wyatt, MO, to James "Jimmy" (Martha) Woods and Cheryl Ann Linhart (David) Carter, he had lived in Mississippi County most of his life and was a member of the Elm Street Baptist Church near Charleston.

On July 20, 2007, he married Tammi Darlene Crowe, who survives.

Also surviving in addition to his parents is his son, Thomas Wayne (Annabell) Clark of East Prairie; his brother, Terry Allen Woods; his sisters, Cheryl Denise Sinn, Christi Woods and Alisha Kay McBride; and his grandchildren, Stryker John Michael Tatum, Sophie Elizabeth Clark and Hannah Sue Clark. Also, a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph Michael Clark and granddaughter, Chloe Faye Clark.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 29, 2024, at the Elm Street Baptist Church in Charleston with the pastor, Jon Archie, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Anniston Cemetery under the direction of the McMIkle Funeral Home of Charleston.

Pallbearers will be Alec Gonzalez, Thomas Clark, Randy Crowe, Josh Mobley, Scott Gammons and J.C. Coke.

Honorary pallbearer will be Jimmy Woods.
