Micheal Gene Clark, age 63, died Sunday, January 12, 2025, at his home in Charleston, Mo.

Born August 10, 1961, at Sikeston, MO, to the late Doyle Gene Clark and Diana Sue Verble Clark, he was a graduate of Scott County Central and had attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. For 20 years he was employed with Alan Wire in Sikeston and the later for over 15 years at Lowes in Sikeston until ill health forced his retirement.

On September 18, 1998, he married Sheila Kay Harris, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are his children, Matthew L. Clark and Casey Marie Clark; his brothers and sisters, Victoria (Adam) Pritchett, Mark Clark and Regina Stash, as well as his grandchildren Katelyn and Dylan and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Brandon Clark.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2025, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Rev. Jack Hargraves will officiate.

Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.

Pallbearers will be Emmett Groves, Scott Nichols, Toby Martin, Adam Pritchett, Steve Clark and Johnny Layton.
