MICKEY SISK

EDITH MARIE 'Mickey' SISK, age 90, a resident of Bertrand, died Monday, April 6, 2020, at the Bertrand Nursing Home.

Born January 21, 1930, in the Texas Bend Community of Mississippi County, MO, to the late Claud Crosier and Edith Mae Shively Crosier, she had lived Bertrand since 1967 and was a member of the Elm Street Baptist Church.   She worked in retail stores a number of years.

October 31, 1946, she married Charles D. "Charlie" Sisk, who preceded her in death on June 7, 1989.

Surviving are her son and daughter in law, Barry and Debbie Sisk of Bertrand; her daughter and son in law, Jana and Ronnie White of Kevil, KY; two grandsons, Bryan Dorsey of Barlow, KY and Tyler Sisk of Sikeston; two great grandchildren, Jackson Sisk and Anne Sisk both of Sikeston; three sisters, Ruth Leppen of Michigan, Wanda Swenson of Washington, IL and Bonnie Collier of Charleston, and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steven Sisk and her brothers, Clarence Crosier and Don Crosier.

Private graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.

Interment will follow under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
