Obituary

MILTON LEE BOWLES, Age 64, a resident of Morehouse, died Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born November 25, 1946 at Bertrand to Victoria Lynn Surface who survives of Sikeston and the late Milton Bowles, he had lived in Morehouse a number of years.

Surviving besides his mother are: a special friend, Lonnie Middleton of Morehouse; three sons, David(Tammy) Bowles and Michael(Shelia) Bowles both of Diehlstadt and Ronald (Miracle) Bowles of East Prairie; three daughters, Rhonda Harper and Michelle Herron of Sikeston and April (James) Elliott of Independence, MO; four sisters, Brenda (Gene) Angell of Charleston; Dorothy Bowles of the state of Georgia; Kay (Carlos) Varnadore of Sikeston and Molly (LD) Stidham of Bertrand; 16 grandchildren and nine nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 15, 2011 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Rev. Larry Kirby, pastor of Abundant Grace Church in Bertrand, will officiate.

Cremation will follow the services.
