MINNIE LEE STEPHENSON, Age 72, a resident of Paducah, KY, and formerly of Charleston, MO., died Friday, September 29, 2017, at Baptist Health in Paducah.

Born June 3, 1945, at Portageville, MO, to the late Donald Henry West and Dossie Lee "Billie" Hodges McClendon, she had lived in Charleston until 1980, at which time she moved to Salem, IL where she was employed with World Color Corporation. She had also been an employee of Walmart until she retired. She later returned to Charleston and then moved to Paducah in 1998. She was a member of the Elm Street Baptist Church in Charleston.

Surviving are her sons, Ringo Stephenson of Clinton, KY and John Leonard Stephenson of Paducah, KY; two granddaughters, Eden Stephenson and Keasha Lee Stephenson. Also a number of aunts, and other relatives survive.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Dick McClendon and her grandmother Lennie Jones.

Family and friends may assemble at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 7, 2017, at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston for graveside services.

Interment will follow under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
