NAT AMORNMONTRIGUL
APICHAT NAT AMORNMONTRIGUL, age 51, of East Prairie, also known as "Nathan" by his church family and friends here in Missouri, took his last breath here on earth and was greeted by angels to take him home early Sunday morning, October 20, 2019, while visiting his father in Hattiesburg, MS.
Born March 26, 1968, in Bangkok, Thailand, he is survived by his father, Roy Carroll of Hattiesburg, MS, and his mother, Wasana Carroll of Memphis, TN, He served in the U.S. Navy where he was involved in Desert Shield and Desert Storm and was very proud of his military service.
In 2008, he moved to East Prairie, MO, to pursue his true love, and on April 10, 2011, at the Botanical Gardens in Shelby County, TN, he and Vickie Tasha Turner, were married with close friends and family present. She survives of the home in East Prairie.
In 2004, his son, Noah Slade Manus, was born and resides in Spencer, TN.
Also surviving are his sisters, Tina Day of Memphis, TN, Amanda Carroll of Horn Lake, MS and Tracey Carroll of North Carolina; his brothers, Thomas Carroll and Roy Carroll, Jr., of North Carolina; Robert (Bob) Ingrid Hansico of Horn Lake, MS; Jeff Conwell, of TN; also, his father and mother in law, Willard and Sue Turner of East Prairie.
He was preceded in death by his brother Christopher Carroll.
Private graveside rites will be held at the Dogwood Cemetery with full military honors provided by the U.S. Navy. Martin Lucas of East Prairie will officiate.
Interment will follow under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
