PAMELA JUNE MCCONKEY, age 63, of Bertrand, MO, died Friday, September 17, 2021, at her residence.

She was born October 30, 1957, in Deventer, MO, to the late Clarence Pemberton and Juanita Bickford Pemberton. Pamela had lived in the surrounding area most of her life. She worked at Johnnie's Drive-In for a number of years and also installed tile with her husband for over 35 years. She loved to be out in the yard, gardening her flowers. When she wasn't in her garden, she loved to sing karaoke.

On August 8, 1974, she married Charles Russell "Rusty" McConkey III, who preceded her in death on January 6, 2018.

Surviving are her children, Stacy Lynn Alcorn of Bertrand, MO, Charles Russell McConkey IIII of Diehlstadt, MO and Chastity Hupp of Diehlstadt, MO; 12 brothers and sisters; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren, with one on the way; and her beloved fur baby, Ruby.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Pemberton and her sister, Joyce White.

Private family services will be held.
