Obituary
PAUL WAYNE "PEE WEE" STALLINGS, age 61, a resident of Charleston died Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at the Luther Midelfort Health Systems in Eau Claire, WI.
He was born on July 6, 1949 in Cairo, IL to Bobbie Wise Stallings who survives of Sikeston and the late Paul E. Stallings. He was a lifelong resident of Mississippi County where he farmed with his family and owned a trucking company. A 1968 graduate of Charleston High School, he attended Paducah Community College for two years, and was a member of the Gravel Ridge Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one brother, Michael Stallings of Charleston; one sister, Diana Kaye Stallings of Sikeston; and one nephew, Christian Stallings of Sikeston.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston from 12:00 p.m. until the Funeral Hour at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Michael Brewer, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Charleston, will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Clinton Graham, Gary Adkisson, David Barnett, Joe McCloskey, Jerry Maxwell, Ronnie Pullen and Steve Wright.
