Nettie "Pauline" Turner Culbertson, 90, a life-long resident of Sikeston, died Sunday January 1, 2017 at Miner Nursing Center.  She was born March 17, 1926 near Sikeston to the late Jack and Edna (Fisher) Turner.  She had been employed at Faultless Cleaners and Missouri Delta Medical Center and was very proud of her association with the Foster Grandparents Program in Sikeston for over 17 years; she, also, was a member of Murray Lane Baptist Church.  She was married to Donald E. Culbertson, Sr. in 1947 in Piggott, Arkansas and he preceded her in death March 3, 1995.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by 1 son, Herbert Wayne Culbertson on Sept. 25, 2014; 1 daughter-in-law, Cheryl (Masterson) Culbertson; 1 granddaughter, Danita Rae Culbertson; 1 brother, Buddy (Jack); and 4 sisters, Mary Jo, Della, Grace and Floydabee.  She is survived by 1 son and daughter-in-law, Don & Becky Culbertson of Sikeston; 1 daughter-in-law, Debbie (Masterson) Zelenske of Houston, Tx; 3 grandchildren, Tripp & Krystal Culbertson of Sikeston; John Wayne (Megan) Culbertson of Houston and Tammi Culbertson of Blodgett, and by 4 great-grandchildren, M'Kinna, Josie, Aubree and Kaden and one more on the way; two special nieces, Patricia Glass and Cindy Collier; and her kindergarten buddy, Karen Bain.  Graveside Memorial Services will be held at a later date and will be announced by Blanchard Funeral Chapel.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at blanchardfuneral.com.
