Phyllis Ann Watkins, age 77, of Sikeston, died Friday, December 29, 2023, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born August 6, 1946, at Parma, MO, to the late Charles Ross and Dolly Sanders Ross. She had lived in Sikeston most of her life and had been employed as a nurse aide.

She was married to David Watkins, Sr., who preceded her in death.

Surviving are her children, Joe (Amy) Ross, David (Phyllis) Watkins, Kevin (Tracy) Watkins, Tomma (Rocky) King and Mike Watkins; 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; two great grandchildren; Her brothers, Terry Ross, Larry Foster; sisters, Joyce Moyers, Evelyn Foster and Cindy Poutney; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Tiffany and Cody; as well as her brothers,  J.W. Foster, Jr. Ross, and Delton Ross.

Graveside services will be held at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston at a later date.
