Reba V. (Smith) Laster, 84, Sikeston, Mo., was born October 22, 1930, in Tuscumbia, AL., the daughter of Samuel Ervin and Neva Virginia Rutherford Smith. Reba passed away July 3, 2015, at Clearview Nursing Home in Sikeston, MO.

Reba loved to work and stay busy. She worked at various jobs throughout her life but none were more important than taking care of her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Reba was preceded in death by her husband Randall, her parents, her brothers Ray Smith and his wife Clara, Raymond Smith, Russell Smith, Ralph Smith and her sisters Rachel Mix and Ruby Trkula and a brother-in-law Al Cope.

Reba is survived by her sons Greg Laster and his wife Nancy and Winford Laster; three grandchildren, Emily, Dalton and Hailey and her faithful companion, Abby;
and many other loving family and friends.

Graveside services for Reba will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery Charleston, MO under the care of McMikles Funeral Home.
