Regina Rosella Bruenderman, age 98, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2019 at Mount Caramel Senior Living in St. Charles, Mo.
Born Sept 10, 1920 the daughter of the late Alfred Carlisle and the late Bernetta Telker Carlisle, Regina lived most of her life in Charleston, Mo. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, St. Francis Xavier Circle #768 of Sikeston, Mo and a lifelong member of St. Henry's Church in Charleston. She lived her life not only the much-loved caregiver and homemaker of her family but also of others, both young and old.
On July 4, 1939, she married Edward Joseph Bruenderman, who preceded her in death on June 12, 1991.
She is the dear mother of Mary Jane (Ed) Hart, Richard (Mary Ellen) Bruenderman, Rita (late Nick) Farber, Fred (Sharon Faye) Bruenderman and Regina "Jeannie" (Dr. Rodney) Moxley and is beloved by 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Elizabeth Bonifield, Martine Carlisle, Andrew Carlisle, Louise Bruenderman, Alfred Carlisle and Frances Baugh-Duff.
Visitation will be on Saturday morning, March 30, at St. Henry's Catholic Church, Charleston, Mo from 8:30a.m to 9:45a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will then be celebrated by Rev. David Dohogne at 10:00a.m. at the church.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Stacey Edward Hart, Andrew Bruenderman, Lance Bruenderman, David Farber, Michael Moxley, and great-grandson, Justin Grojean.
Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Charleston.
Memorial donations in memory of Regina may be made to St. Henry's Church or School, 306 Court St., Charleston, MO 63834.
