Robert "Robbie" Oliver Leffler, age 56, of Charleston, went to be with the lord on August 12, 2019, surrounded by family.
Robbie was born on December 12, 1962, in Sikeston, Missouri, to his parents Ruth Ann Wicker Leffler Dooley and the late Oliver John "O.J." Leffler. He attended Charleston High School graduating in 1981. He enjoyed playing darts, fishing, listening to music and being around people. He had attended the First Assembly of God Church in Charleston and was a Dallas Cowboy Fan.
Robbie is survived by his mother and step father, Ruth Ann and Raymond Dooley of Charleston; son and daughter in law Shawn and Becky Leffler of Fenton, Missouri; daughter, Erica Leffler of Nashville, TN; son, Zachary Leffler of Charleston; and granddaughter, Isabel Leffler. He also leaves behind his brother, John Leffler of Paducah, KY; his sister, Carolyn Sue Fischer of Kearney, MO; and two step brothers; Ray Dooley of Portage, IN and Brian Dooley of Portageville, MO. Also, the mother of his children, Marcia Hart Leffler of Charleston.
He was preceded in death by his father "O.J." Leffler
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Rev. David McLucas, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church in Charleston and Rev. Larry Lacey, will officiate.
Interment will be in the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be James Williams, Joseph Cross, Linwood Mitchell, Lee Welch, Scott Dugan and Terry Morgan.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Gary Dooley and Ray Dooley.
