RODGER DALE TILLMAN, 63, of Sikeston, died Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 16, 1957, at Bloomfield, MO to Roy Lee and Ruby Cohen Tillman Tolbert. He lived in Sikeston for most of his life and worked for the City of Sikeston in the Street Department for 19 years. Rodger loved to go fishing and enjoyed his time at the drag strip, where he worked for about 10 years.

In April of 1977, he married Linda Stout, who survives of the home.

Surviving are his three children, Angie Tillman of East Peoria, IL; Andy Tillman of Parma, MO; and Dewayne Morris of Sikeston, MO; 5 grandchildren; one brother, Eddie (Sharon) Tillman of Farmington, MO; and Ruth Tillman (Robert) Crowley of Pekin, IL.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Earl Tillman.

Private services will be held at a later date.

McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston will be in charge of arrangements.
