Roger Dale Lindsey, 57, died at his residence in Morehouse Thursday, July 11, 2013. He was born March 6, 1956 in Indianapolis, Ind. to the late James Arnold and Alma (Heath) Lindsey. He was a self employed carpenter and roofer and had attended the Assembly of God Church. He is survived by 1 daughter, Lisa Gentry of Mooresville, Ind.; 1 brother, Cecil Lindsey of Morehouse; 4 sisters Melda Brown of Greenwood, Ind., Shirley Gordon of Morehouse, Beverly Martin of Bloomfield, and Sonja Tackett of Morehouse; 4 grandchildrren also survive; 1 brother, James "Jimmy" Lindsey preceded him in death. Friends may call from 1:00 pm Sunday, July 14 at Blanchard Funeral Chapel where services will be held at 2:00 pm. with Earl Davidson from Lilbourn officiating. Burial will follow at Matthews Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tommy Joe Greer, Kenny Tackett, Jeff Martin, Dwayne Sitzes, Tom Bailey and Kevin Lindsey.
