ROLAND ZANE ALLEN, infant son of Kenneth Ray Allen, Sr. and Kimberly Diane Appleton Allen of Charleston, was born January 8, 2015 and died January 10, 2015 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Besides his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Kenneth Ray Allen, Jr., Logan James Allen, Skyler Michael Allen and Brayden Dale Allen, all of East Prairie. His grandmothers, Delores Appleton of Sikeston, MO; Terri Cross and Carol Rodgers of Charleston; grandfather, Allen Rodgers of Charleston; great grandparents, Barbara Allen of Charleston, Della and Dale Graham of Morehouse, Roland and Peggy Appleton of Sikeston and Geneva Freeman of Sikeston; also four aunts, three uncles, 11 cousins and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roland Glenn Appleton; great grandparents, James Allen, Roland and Hallie Rodgers, and Charles Freeman.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m., until the funeral hour at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Rev. Gerald Penn, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church in Charleston, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
