RONNIE EUGENE WOODS, age 76, of East Prairie, died Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born February 14, 1945 at East Prairie, to the late Eugene Ray Woods and Elizabeth Mae Rhodes Woods, he had lived in East Prairie and Anniston most of his life and was as self-employed truck driver.   He was a member of Barnes Ridge Baptist Church.

Surviving is his son, Larry Eugene (Sandy) Woods of Benton; his grandson, Charlie Dale Reynolds; brothers, Vernon Woods of Marble Hill, Jimmy Paul Woods of Myrtle, MO, Bruce Woods, Todd Woods and Derrell Woods all of East Prairie; his sisters, Shirley Mae Hutson and Brenda Bolden of East Prairie; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jewel Woods and Ray Presson Woods and his grandson, Bobby Joe Burke.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 14, 2021, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.  Martin Lucas of East Prairie, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Anniston Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
