Rowan Thomas Hess , of O'Fallon, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 20 days old.  Born September 9, 2020, the cherished baby boy of Angela Dawn Starr Hess and Lee Watkins Hess, dearest brother of Norah Mae Hess, and treasured grandson of Chris and Jeannie Crites Starr and Gary and Jill Brown Hess all of Charleston.

Rowan was welcomed into this world with great love from his family.  He is so special and will be cherished always.  He was cared for by the wonderful nurses and doctors at Mercy Hospital.  Rowan will forever be remembered as a beautiful light in our lives

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rowan's name to The March of Dimes .
