Ruth Ann Dooley age 81, of Charleston, went to be with the lord on September 7th, 2021.

Ruth Ann was born in May 11, 1940, to the late Robert B. Wicker and Edna Mae McCubbins Wicker.

She loved the holidays and spending time with her family. Not only was she a beloved mother and grandmother and great grandmother but a cherished Aunt and Great Aunt. Ruth Ann was a faithful servant of God and the true definition of unconditional love to all those around her. She was member of the First Assembly of God in Charleston.

Ruth Ann is survived by her Husband Raymond Dooley, her step children; Ray Dooley of Portage, IN, and Brian Dooley of Portageville, MO, John Leffler of Paducah, KY and Carolyn Sue Fischer of Kearney, MO; her grandchildren; Shawn and Becky Leffler of Fenton, MO, Zachary Leffler of Charleston, MO and Erica Leffler of Nashville, TN.; and her great granddaughter, Isabel Leffler.

She is preceded in death by her son, Robert Oliver Leffler, her first husband Oliver John "O.J." Leffler; her brothers, Robert, Joe, Philip, Paul, John and her sisters, Jessie Alma and Mary.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 9, 2021, at McMikle Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 10, 2021.  Rev. Dave McLucas, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
