Ruth Anne Easter Ivie, age 78, a resident of Charleston, MO, died Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center at Mercy Hospital in Paducah, KY.

She was born October 14, 1946, at Anniston, MO, to the late Jasper Easter and Hope Sterling Easter and was a 1964 graduate of Anniston High School. Ruth was employed a number of years with the Brown Shoe Company in Charleston until its closing and had lived in Charleston most of her life.

Surviving are her daughters, Tracy Ivie Beam (Terry Polivick) of Bardwell, KY and Tabatha Ivie of Charleston, MO; her grandson, Keegan Jasper Pope of Cape Girardeau, MO; her granddaughters, Joey Brooks Ivie of Charleston and Rebecca Anne Beam (Tyler Brown) of Bardwell, KY; her sisters, Becky (Jimmy) Manker of Chaffee, MO and Judy (Jerry) Hall of Charleston; her nephews and nieces, and cousins, as well as her beloved "Poker" family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jackie Owen Easter and Roy Gene "Bobby" Easter.

A celebration of life is being planned for a later date.
