SAMUEL ROBERT BROWN, Age 58, a resident of Anniston, MO, died Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born December 25, 1957, at Wyatt, MO, to the late Olen Robert Brown and Joan McDermott Shands, he had lived in Anniston most of his life and had been employed in farming until becoming disabled. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Surviving are his son, Samuel Quinton Brown of East Prairie; his daughters, Ashley Lynn Gephart of East Prairie, Kiley Essary of Sikeston and Esther Ann Waterworth of Arizona; one brother, Steven Ray Brown of Arizona; four sisters, Deborah (Darryl) Sharp of Benton, Donna Jean Husketh of Diehlstadt, Karen Kay (Gary) Russell of East Prairie and Shannon Dale (Jim) Cossey of Anniston; several grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
There is no visitation.
Family and friends may assemble at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 4, 2016, at the Maynard Cemetery near Diehlstadt for graveside services.
Interment will follow under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
