Steven Lynn Bell, 54, a resident of Sikeston, died Thursday, June 23, 2016 at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital at Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He was born in Sikeston August 18, 1961 to the late Jerry Lynn and Martha Elizabeth (Oswalt) Bell. A life-long resident of Sikeston, he graduated from Sikeston High School, was a member of Hunter Memorial First Presbyterian Church, a member of Sikeston Masonic Lodge #310 AF & AM, and a member of Order of Eastern Star Chapter #137 and was a truck driver for Prime, Inc. He is survived by 1 brother, Jeffery (Laura) Bell of O'Fallon, MO; 2 nephews, Nick & Jon and 1 niece, Katie; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be at Blanchard Funeral Chapel Sunday, June 26, from 5:00 pm until time for Masonic Rites at 7:30 pm. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 am Monday at Blanchard Funeral Chapel with Rev. John Goodwin, Pastor of Hunter Memorial First Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
