For many years, Susan lovingly made "The Mustard" for friends.

Her last gift is this recipe- It is best when you share a jar-

  1. Mix 2 cups Colman's dry mustard (only Colman's will do!) with 2 cups apple cider vinegar- refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next day, add 4 egg yolks and 2 cups sugar
  3. Mix well and cook over a double boiler for 1.5 to 2 hours (stirring often)
  4. Pack in canning jars-it will yield 4 one-half pint jars.
