Tammy E. Shaw Bowles, age 50, of Diehlstadt, died Friday, April 2, 2021, at St. Louis University Hospital.

Born June 19, 1970, at Sikeston, MO, to the late David Shaw and Dottie Lue Vaughn Miller, she had lived in Diehlstadt a number of years and had been employed with the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau for over 26 years.

On December 27, 1987, she married David Bowles, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are her children, John David Bowles and Monica Bowles; grandchildren, Hemi and Elijah; her stepmother, Carmon Shaw; her brother, Chris Shaw and her sister, Alicia Courtney.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 8, 2021, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 9, 2021.  Chad Bles will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.

Pallbearers will be: James Watkins, Mark Messmer, Jeffrey Gates, Ronald Bowles, Scott Dorris and Joseph Pemberton.
