Obituary

Terry D. Nall, age 69, a resident of East Prairie, died Saturday, September 24, 2016 at York Place Nursing Center in Bertrand.

Born December 12, 1946, in East Prairie, MO, son of the late William H. "Red" and Laverne (Noblin) Nall, Terry was a Class of '64 graduate of East Prairie High School. Terry went on to study at University of Missouri at Columbia and Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. He then taught as a building trade instructor at East Prairie and later worked as a Lab Technician at Noranda Aluminum until he retired. Terry served on the East Prairie School Board for several years. He could always be found at any of the East Prairie Schools sporting events supporting the students from the bleachers or from the sidelines. He was also a member of the infamous Camel Club of East Prairie and a member of the First Baptist Church of East Prairie.

Terry is survived by daughter, Tara (Nall) Brackman and his grandkids, Jordan and Ross, all of Boonville; daughter, Amber (Nall) Carter of Sikeston; three brothers and sister in laws, Dobbins and Joann Nall of Plant City, Florida, Wendy and Donna Nall of Columbia, Rickie and Peggi Nall of Warner Robbins, Georgia; one sister and brother in law Lucy and Richard "Frog" Slaten of Charleston.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son in law, Jeff Brackman; one sister, Shirley C.Grogan; two nieces, Karen Nall and Debbie Grogan Dumbacher and one great-nephew, Jami Grogan.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 27, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Rev. George White of East Prairie will officiate.

Interment will follow at the East Prairie Memorial Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Pallbearers will be Ross Brackman, Scott Slaten, Joe Slaten, Chadd Thomas, Mason Douglas and Davon Douglas.
