THEODORE WILSON LINEBAUGH, age 91, a life long resident of Charleston died at 10:07 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2009 at the Charleston Manor.
He was born December 10, 1917 in Charleston to the late Samuel and Mina Brooks Linebaugh.
He lived in Charleston his entire life where he was employed as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Bridges United Methodist Church, the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 513 B, and a US Army veteran of WW II.
He was first married to Mildred Pittman Smith who survives of Miner. He then married Imogene Jackson who preceded him in death.
Surviving are two daughters Barbara Trousdale and Janet Linebaugh both of Charleston;
One brother, Marshall Linebaugh of Diehlstadt; one sister, Evelyn Harp of Nixa; 2 grandchildren, Thad Trousdale and Tonya Runnels both of Overland Park, KS; and two great grandchildren, Erin and Bryan Runnels both of Overland Park, KS.
Three brothers, Harry Linebaugh, Dick Linebaugh, and Marcus Linebaugh, and two sisters, Dorothy Hillgamyer and Lillian Loflin, preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston after 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 8, 2009, until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m. Rev Gerald Penn, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church in Charleston, will officiate.
Interment will follow in the IOOF Cemetery under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Charles Jackson, Adon Cox, Steve McClanahan, Tony Trousdale, Ray Parker, and Bobby Carlyle.
