THOMAS BRIAN O'GUIN, Age 47, died Monday, February 26, 2018 at his home in East Prairie.

Born April 27, 1970, at East Prairie, to the late Eugene and Shirley Ann Ashley O'Guin, he had lived in East Prairie his entire life where he was employed with the East Prairie Police Department and had obtained the rank of Captain. He had attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a masters degree in Psychology. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church for over 20 years.

Surviving are one son and daughter in law, Brian Micheal Seth and Hollie Leandra O'Guin of East Prairie; one daughter, Tori Renee O'Guin of East Prairie; his adopted daughter, Megan Michelle Kersey of East Prairie; three brothers, David (Kathy) O'Guin, James O'Guin and Donald (Linda) O'Guin; one sister, Angela Winfield; three granddaughters, Paysleigh Michelle Ann O'Guin, Emerald Lucille Hollyn O'Guin and BexLee Michelle Jade O'Guin.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Keith Franklin O'Guin and one sister, Shirley Jean O'Guin.

Family and friends may gather from 5:00 p.m. until time for a memorial service at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the Full Gospel Church in East Prairie.
