TINA ROLENA MILLER SKINNER, age 54, died Sunday, November 29, 2015 at her residence in Bertrand.

Born November 9, 1961, in Mississippi County, MO, to the late Paul Richard Miller, Sr. and the late Nellie Thurman Miller, she had lived in Charleston most of her life and had been employed as a waitress for many years.

Surviving is two sons, John Miller and Ray Skinner both of Charleston; three grandchildren, Haley Mae Miller, Hannah Nicole Miller and Devin Keith Miller; one brother, Paul Richard "Ricky" Miller, Jr. of Mayo, FL and one sister, Renee Miller DeGarcia of Bertrand; also a number of nieces, nephews and many friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Randy Thurman Miller and Rocky Martin Miller; her paternal grandparents, John N. "Buck" and Mildred Richardson "Memie" Miller and her maternal grandparents, Charlie E. and Edna Dalton Thurman.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 4, 2015 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston.

A Celebration of life will follow at the V.F.W. Post in Charleston.

Arrangements are under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
