Tommie J. "T.J" Shoffner, 65, formerly of East Prairie, died September 12, 2019, in San Antonio, TX.

He was born February 3, 1954, to the late Emmett and Inez Shoffner.

He was first married to Rachel Meeks Shoffner.  He later married Raquel Gonzales who survives.

He leaves behind three daughters, Jennifer Aucoin of San Antonio, TX, Leslie Lopez of McKinney, TX, Rebekka Ritcheson of New Caney, TX and one son, Jeffrey Shoffner of Pflugerville, TX; brother, Frank Shoffner of Seattle, WA and David Shoffner of East Prairie; eight grandchildren, Destiny, Delores, Carmen, Taylor, Stephan, Bailey, Annabel and Isabella and two great grandchildren, Isaiah and Adrian.

In addition his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Ralph Shoffner, Emmett Shoffner and Michael Shoffner and sisters, Aileen Shoffner, Evelyn Housman and Anne Pehm.

Graveside services will be held at the Saturday, February 1, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Charleston. He will be laid to rest near his parents.
