Viola P. Boutwell passed away February 3, 2018 in Sikeston.  She was born August 6, 1923 in Adamsville, Tennessee to the late "R.W." and Jessie (Gladish) Plunk.  At age 12, her family moved to Missouri.
On January 1, 1944 she married Finis D. Graham.  Four children were born to that marriage--three daughters:  Shirley Kellogg, Linda Doran and Brenda Pearson; and one son, Roger Graham.  Mr. Graham later preceded her in death.
On April 19, 1973 she married James Boutwell who preceded her in death in 1982.
Surviving are her four children; a sister, Leora Adams of Sikeston; eight grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren.  Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom were loved by Aunt Vi.
Her parents, four brothers, two sisters one daughter-in-law and two great-grandchildren also preceded her in death.
Following her wishes, no viewing or formal service will be held.  Her children will host a memorial dinner (to be announced) to allow family and friends to honor her life and her dedication to her family.
