WALTER BECK POLLOCK, age 64, of Sikeston, died Thursday, December 19, 2019.
Born July 6, 1955, at Cairo, IL, to the late James Girard Pollock and Bessie Nannette "Nan" Beck Pollock, he had lived in Sikeston a number of years where he was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and a former Knights of Columbus. He was a farmer and commercial trucker.
In 1974, he married Debra Kay Almon, who survives of the home.
Also surviving are his children, Walter Beck Pollock, II of Cape Girardeau, James Cullen Pollock of Sikeston and Jan Courtney Pollock Gibson and her husband Josh of Beavercreek, OH; his brother and sister in law, James Girard Pollock and his wife Debra White Pollock of Sikeston; his sister, Rebecca Pollock Frisbie of Newton, IA; his grandchildren, Haley, Noah, Avery and Sawyer Gibson; also his nieces and nephews, James Pollock, Rachel (AJ) Vanover, Heath (Andrea) Frisbie, Scott Frisbie, Emily Frisbie (Aaron) Hornbuckle and Michelle Frisbie Petersen.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother in law, George Frisbie.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time for the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 27, 2019, at the St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston. Father David Dohogne, will serve as celebrant.
Private Family interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
