Wayne Nall

Gordon Wayne Nall, II, known as "Wayne," 55 of Canton, Mississippi, died in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, Monday, December 23, 2024.

Wayne was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on October 4, 1969, to Gordon Nall and Mary Beth Grisso Nall.   Wayne grew up in Charleston, Missouri and was a graduate of Charleston High School where he was active in sports. He went on to graduate from the University of Mississippi. He loved Ole Miss football, tennis, and baseball. He attended all the Ole Miss home football games. He also loved playing golf and was a member of Deerfield Golf Club. Wayne was loved by many and had a huge personality, a boisterous laugh, and lived life to the fullest.

Wayne is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Beth Nall.

He is survived by his father, Gordon Nall; his sister, Angie (Scott) Vaugier; his niece Addy Vaugier; and nephew Braden Vaugier. Wayne also leaves behind Chai Jones, who he considered as a son.

The memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 2, 2025, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Gluckstadt, Mississippi.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Wayne's name to the American Cancer Society, the Alzheimer's Association, or to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
