WAYNE PATTERSON

ORVAL WAYNE PATTERSON, Age 74, died Saturday, May 30, 2020, at his home in Dexter.

Born March 31, 1946, at Essex, MO, to the late Orval Brice Patterson and Mildred Warthen Patterson, he had lived in the Dexter area most of his life and had been employed as a diesel mechanic and a truck driver and in many other skilled trades throughout his life.

On June 20, 1964, her married Vivian Ann McRoy, who preceded him in death July 3, 2014.

Surviving is his son and daughter in law, Keith Wayne and Connie Michelle Patterson of Dudley; his brothers, Larry Dean Patterson of Dexter, Ronnie Patterson of Branson and Roger Patterson of Sikeston; his sisters, Colleen Unger of Sikeston and Carolyn Dzvonar of Dexter; grandchildren, Erica Janae Thompson, Paige Andrea Patterson (Shawn Alan) Steely, Carerra Ranae Patterson, Coleton Wayne Patterson, Reid Alexandra (Loren Dale) Wooten, Jacob Miller Patterson and Reality Michelle (Christopher Rhyan) Butrum and nine great grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Patterson and one sister, Mildred Christine Rymann,

Memorial services will be at a later date.

McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
