Obituary
WILLIAM E. 'BILL' NEAL, Age 84, a resident of East Prairie, died Friday, April 17, 2015, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born December 30, 1930, at Morehouse, MO, to the late John Henry and Amanda Bohannon Neal, he had lived in East Prairie most of his life where he was employed in farming and had also worked at Hale's Auction Service. He was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church in East Prairie.
On November 27, 1964, he married Emma Lou "Lennie" Russell, who survives of the home in East Prairie.
Also surviving are two sisters, Dolly Hall of Jackson, TX and Roxie Abernathy of Rockford, IL; also a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Tom Neal, Robert Price Neal and Walter Neal and four sisters, Marcella Billington, Mildred Moore, Emma Jo Shrum and Mary Alice Guthrie.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 27, 2015, at the McMikle Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be: Michael Russell, James Russell, Roy Russell, Lee Russell, Chris Russell and Michael Groves.
