William Terrell Burney III, age 22, of Sikeston, MO, died Friday, November 5, 2021, at his residence.

He was born May 17, 1999, at Granite City, IL, to William Terrell Burney II and Kristin McEuen. William loved hanging out with family and enjoyed target shooting.

Also surviving are his uncles, Rodger and Richard Burney; grandfather, Norman McEuen; and two cousins, Connor and Trenton Burney.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Abigail Burney, and one brother, Christopher Burney.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday, November 15, 2021, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Sunset Hill Cemetery, 50 Fountain Drive, Glen Carbon, IL 62034
