WILLIAM DOYLE 'BILL' FAIRE, known as "Poochie", Age 58, died Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at his home in Charleston.
Born February 25, 1952, at East Prairie, MO to the late Herschel and Emelene Patrick Faire, he had lived in Mississippi County his entire life where he was employed with Gates Rubber Company for 28 years.
On July 25, 1974, at Charleston, Mo., he married Gail Thurman who survives of the home.
Also surviving are: two sons and daughters in law, Dennis and Brittany Faire and David and Amber Faire all of Charleston; two grandsons, Drew Faire and Cooper Faire both of Charleston; four brothers, Raymond Faire of Cape Girardeau, MO; Fred Faire of Ozark, MO; Delbert Faire of East Prairie, MO and Glenn Faire of Jackson, MO; four sisters, Shelby Woods of Hornbeak, TN; Betty Douglas of Scott City, MO; Dorothy Wilson of East Prairie and Faye Waterhouse of Holt, MO.
He was preceded in death by one brother, J.T. Faire and two sisters, Ruth Clifft and Lucille Rhodes.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 29, 2010 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 30, 2010. Winston Williford will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be: Roger Faire, Allen Hinshaw, Jackie Hinshaw, Dennis Thurman, Stephen Gorostiza and Aaron Jones.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: John M. Thurman, Joshua Thurman, Pat Craig and Elvis Gaskins.
